TAMPA FEDERATION OF GARDEN CLUB CIRCLES, INC.
We are looking forward to another competition amongst Hillsborough County Middle and High School students March 2019. The County art supervisor will distribute the new information on her blog. You may also read the same information:
The Judging will occur March 6, 2019 and winners will be contacted that day either by phone, email, or through their art teacher, depending on how they choose to be notified. We are so happy the county has made entering easier by allowing pick up and return of entries through school mail to the art supervisor’s office. Please note the full registration now provides an information form that must accompany entry and duplicate to be kept by sender.
We were thrilled with the quality and number of entrees we received at our first annual Nature Photography Contest. Schools that had entrees were: Blake High School, Hillel Academy of Tampa, Hillsborough High School, Jefferson High School, and Newsome High School. There were 32 middle school entrees and 58 high school entrees. The winners were as follows:
Birds, Bees and Butterflies – Aryeh Fishman
Underwater – Maxwell Antman (Hillell)
After Dark – Ginger Haggbloom (Newsome)
People and Nature – Ginger Haggbloom
Overall Middle School Winner – Seth Smith (Hillell)
Overall High School Winner – Ginger Haggbloom

We look forward to more entrees and new categories for next year at the same time.
